Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer made by Mozomoza B.V. ("Mozomoza", "we", "us") and to every order and agreement made between Mozomoza and you as a customer through mozomoza.com.

1. Who we are

2. Offers and prices

All prices shown on the website are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors or mistakes in prices or product descriptions.

3. Orders and the contract

An order is placed once you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation by email. The agreement is concluded at the moment you receive this confirmation.

4. Payment

Payment is processed through our payment provider (Mollie) using the payment method you select at checkout. Your order will only be shipped once payment has been received in full.

5. Delivery

We aim to ship orders within the timeframe stated on the website. Delivery times are indicative, not binding. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the product is delivered to the address you provided.

6. Right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)

If you are a consumer ordering from within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

  • To exercise this right, contact us by email within the 14-day period.
  • You must return the product within 14 days of your cancellation, in its original condition and packaging where reasonably possible.
  • We will refund the full purchase price (including standard delivery cost) within 14 days of receiving the returned product, or proof that it has been shipped back.
  • The direct cost of returning the product is for your account, unless stated otherwise.

7. Warranty

All products come with the statutory warranty required by law. If a product is defective, contact us and we will offer a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

8. Liability

Our liability for any damage is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, or where liability cannot be limited by law.

9. Complaints

If you have a complaint about a product or our service, please contact us at hello@mozomoza.com. We aim to respond within 14 days.

10. Applicable law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent Dutch court, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your own country of residence.
